I really did, I've had a lot of good experiences of their customer service in the past. Went to local branch to try and find out why I haven't been able to log in to my account for nearly three weeks.and the one time I did I ended up viewing another persons account.I have spent at least 15 hours on their blooming hotline (phone) with no success at all.several times phone cut off.staff in branch apologised and told me why it all went wrong.(basically TSB got it wrong big time) Still not right.would love to know if I am entitled to compensation as for nearly a month I had no idea of if my debits were payed.if money went in.even my atm card didn't work!!!lol It makes you wonder how safe your savings are when you look at the mess TSB have created over the last two weeks! Government need to intervene! Update. Phoning them gets you nowhere! Started to look for another bank as i can't believe that such a large organisation can get things so wrong and treat their customers so poorly. Bank update! What has happened at this bank? Website totally useless. I would also like this to be done reasonably fast as if not done in a time I am happy with the I will be taking matter further and into the hands of the FCA.) Fourthly I would also like to begin a reason behind why this has happened and I expect an investigation to be done. Secondly: Some kind of an apology for the hassle and the complete breach of security and data protection. I would also like this to be sorted extremely fast as this is a pressing matter for me if I do not see that this has been sorted correctly or in a reasonable time I will take it upon my self to contact try financial conduct authority and consult them in whats best to do as there has been a breach in my account. I am totally disgusted this is not the first time that I have been completely horrified by the service I have received with TSB and I am seriously looking at moving my money to a new provider with a far better track recored of not letting customers down. I am extremely furious and extremely concerned as if someone else's details where shown to me when I looked at my account how am I to know that my details where not shown to someone else and on that how am I to know that the person that potential has seen my details wouldn't miss use the access they had to my account. I am now left here with no access and a poor apology message. systems but when I tried logging into my account this morning I was confronted with details and balance amounts that where not my own.
